The awards are open to property developers, builders, estate agents, brokers, realtors, interior designers, architects, public relations & advertising agencies.

The Awards Entry Process

Register

The easiest way to get started is to register online, alternatively download an entry form here. Pick your categories and entry types.

Awards advisor & entry packs

An award advisor will be assigned to you, and will be on hand to guide you through the entry process.

Complete your individual entry packs

The entry pack contains details about the criteria and marking process for that category, as well as detailed rules and guidelines for your entry.

Your entry will be judged against every criteria point for that category and given a rating.

Award results -congratulations!

Your awards advisor inform you if your entry has won an award or not. All winners receive a high-quality promotional items.

Awards announcement – gala event

A gala event is held, where attendees enjoy a champagne reception and gala dinner, with the awards announcements.

International judging

At the end of the awards year, all regional nominees will have their entries re-judged, who will decide the International winners.

Awards Grand Final – gala event

A Grand Final gala event is hosted, where attendees enjoy a champagne reception and gala dinner, with the awards announcements.

Entry Types

When registering for the awards you may enter multiple projects/companies into any award category of your choice.

For each entry you may choose between 3 entry types:

One category registration for one project (or company).
